He grew up helping his dad farm and taking care of their property. He learned not only how to grow crops but also how to build barns, and other buildings needed on the property. This is where his passion for building began. Allen learned from an early age the value and necessity of hard work and integrity.
Allen's background is in quality control and plant management/supervision. These are assets he brought into his business when he left manufacturing and started his own business in 2002. Allen and his wife, Teresa, have been married for 28 years. They have two beautiful daughters. As you can see from the pictures, Allen loves to fish in his spare time.
